Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in logistics or forklift operation are a plus 2 years of material handling experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and warehouse best practices Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Basic computer skills for inventory input and order tracking Strong teamwork and communication skills Responsibilities: Receive and inventory shipments of materials. Verify and log parts into the MRP system. Stock materials and prepare components as per customer specifications. Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Package finished products for shipment. Pre-kit parts for upcoming assemblies. Load SMT feeders when needed. Maintain accuracy, organization, and teamwork throughout all tasks.
