Pay: $24.00 - $28.00/hour (based on experience)

Shift Options:

  • 1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Thursday
  • 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM | Monday afternoon - Friday morning
  
  
  
  

What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality FCAW and GMAW welds (including stainless steel when required).
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment.
• Follow OSHA, PPE, and company safety standards.
• Read blueprints and follow specifications with accuracy.
• Complete documentation for weld IDs, dimensional checks, and job travelers.
• Assist with production needs and team assignments as needed.
• Meet deadlines and collaborate across departments for efficient workflow.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (trade school certification a plus).
• 3-5 years of industrial welding experience.
• Must pass weld tests: FCAW 3G CS (open root, vertical up) and GMAW 3G CS (open root, vertical down).
• Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environments.
• Flexibility to work overtime and cover shifts as needed.
