Summary Description:

This position will provide leadership and guidance within the Accounts Payable team at Applied Corporate. The Accounts Payable team is very high volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolves escalated issues with vendors/suppliers and counsels team members on effective resolution
• Works with the other Accounts Payable Supervisors and Manager to develop the team members, set goals, and provide service to suppliers and internal colleagues.
• Works with the Accounts Payable Supervisors to train new team members and give them the knowledge and skills to succeed
• Works with the Accounts Payable Supervisors to develop process improvements and training documentation that benefit the entire team
• Leads regular meeting with AP team members

Required Experience/Education:

• Must have Accounts Payable experience
• Experience in a shared services/centralized services environment
• High school diploma required

Preferred Experience/Education:

• 5 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience using Microsoft Suite and SAP
• Bachelor's degree in equivalent field preferred
