Key Responsibilities:
- Huddle Administration & Workflow Design
Lead configuration of Huddle workspaces: manage user permissions, version control, workspace structure, branded portals, and efficient approval processes. - Secure Collaboration & Content Oversight
Enable teams to securely upload, share, comment, and review documents while maintaining robust versioning and audit trails. - Compliance & Reporting
Uphold regulatory requirements and data integrity through secure access controls, audit trails, user activity monitoring, and regular compliance reporting. - Training & Support
Provide user onboarding, training, and documentation to ensure efficient and effective use of Huddle; serve as primary support contact for platform-related needs. - Workflow Optimization & Integration
Identify opportunities to streamline processes using Huddle's automation; collaborate with teams to integrate Huddle with tools like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in document/content management roles.
- Hands-on proficiency with Huddle (Ideagen) administration and workflows.
- Strong understanding of version control, document lifecycle, and secure collaboration methods.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to train users and deliver clear documentation.
Preferred:
- Experience integrating Huddle with collaboration or automation tools.
