Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Product Portfolio Operations Managerwith experience in product management, operations, finance, or related fields. This role will lead efforts to measure product ROI, centralize performance reporting, and drive process improvements across Product and Technology teams. The ideal candidate excels at cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales, Product, and Technology leaders to deliver insights, systems, and processes that inform investment decisions, accelerate delivery, and enhance product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Performance & Reporting

  • Manage the cadence of investment and funding requests by coordinating training, communication, and reporting across business units.

  • Track and maintain KPIs to assess product and technology effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Establish and operationalize product ROI measurement across the three VAS business units translate insights into actionable investment recommendations.

  • Serve as a reporting SME across systems, supporting cross-functional teams.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of a centralized dashboard for financial, adoption, and sales metrics.

  • Develop consolidated reporting across headcount, finance, and investment, leveraging AI tools for automation.

  • Support ad-hoc strategic and operational initiatives related to portfolio operations.

Process Improvement

  • Drive adoption of new processes (e.g., centralized product development intake).

  • Create and deliver communications and collateral to support product and tech teams.

  • Manage feedback channels and prioritize iterative improvements based on cross-functional input.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

Experience implementing centralized reporting systems for product performance

Proven success in Agile transformation initiatives

Understanding of payment product economics

Experience in change management and organizational design

Demonstrated experience in product and technology operations, analytics, and process implementation

Strong program management skills. Able to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives

Solid understanding of financial metrics (e.g., revenue, cost, profitability) and adoption metrics (e.g., usage, retention)

Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, team structures, and productivity measurement

Exceptional analytical skills. Able to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights

Effective stakeholder management and communication skills across Finance, Sales, Product, and Technology teams

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Ability to leverage internal AI tools (e.g., Visa Chat GPT, Bolt, Copilot) in daily workflows

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,100.00 to 162,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
