Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you'll set up and run production equipment to support our print operations. You'll play an important part in keeping jobs on schedule and maintaining the high standards our customers count on Your Responsibilities:
Set up and run press equipment based on job instructions and company standards Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly Check paper type, size, color, and amount before starting each job Watch printed materials throughout the run to make sure they meet quality standards Work with the production team to organize and prioritize jobs-adjusting as needed to meet deadlines Follow all safety rules for the job and the equipment
Shift Hours: 3rd shift; 11pm - 7am Monday-Friday You Must Have:
Ability to adjust machine settings with a high level of accuracy Strong math skills and attention to detail Mechanical ability and comfort working with equipment Able to read and follow written instructions clearly
Requirements Within This Position:
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
- Constantly operates machinery and handles products
- Frequently required to move inside the facility
- Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
