We're seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across program management, training, and content development, all aimed at strengthening our client experience and operational efficiency.
This role will own and coordinate programs that span quality assurance, client experience improvements, training delivery, and content creation, while partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, Client Support, and Sales Support. You'll ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and with measurable results - serving as the bridge between leadership vision and cross-functional execution.
