In this hands-on role, you'll follow detailed methods and sequences to perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing. You'll assemble precision electro-mechanical and electronic components using visual aids, samples, and process sheets, ensuring each build meets exacting standards. From bonding, sanding, polishing, and grit blasting to cleaning parts and assemblies per work instructions, your craftsmanship will be key to our success. You'll work independently with minimal supervision, troubleshoot complex production issues, and recommend solutions that keep us moving forward. If you have experience in cable assembly or wire harnessing, a solid background in mechanical assembly, and a passion for mentoring others, we want to hear from you. Must achieve specified solder certification in various assembly/soldering techniques per Company and customer standards and perform basic hand soldering tasks. Salary Range: Assembler II $18.52 - $25.95 per hour. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
