What You Will Do at PTC: Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade mobile applications using cutting-edge technologies such asReact Native,Expo, andAWS. Architect and implement arobust, scalable sync enginecapable of handling large volumes of data between mobile devices and cloud platforms with high performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to buildsecure, scalable, and maintainable softwarethat integrates withSalesforce,ServiceMax, and other enterprise platforms. Drive the development ofconsumer-grade mobile appswith enterprise-level functionality and performance. Championbest practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding standards. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends infield service management,IoT, andcloud-native development. What You Bring to PTC: 8+ yearsof professional software development experience, with a strong focus on mobile and web applications. Proven experience inReact Native and JavaScript. Deep understanding ofasynchronous programming, closures, and event-driven architecture. Extensive experience with RESTful APIs. Familiarity withAWS servicessuch as Lambda, API Gateway, and S3. Strong knowledge ofDevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure as code (IaC). Experience withenterprise-grade security, including OAuth, TLS, and secure data handling. Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and leading engineering teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment. Preferred Skills: Experience withReactNative, Expo and ReactNative Windows Familiarity withmachine learningconcepts and their application in predictive maintenance. Additional Details PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which may include the background and experience of all applicants, which can cause your compensation to vary. PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between115,000-140,000. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
