From your PASSION to ours

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and financial reporting processes. Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accounting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely financial information, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering their growth and development while ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors during annual audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends to provide meaningful insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance accounting processes and procedures to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with evolving accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as operations, supply chain, and sales, to understand business operations and provide financial guidance and support
Requirements

From your STORY to ours

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in progressively responsible accounting roles, including supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Thorough understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry or a related manufacturing field is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using accounting software (SAP is a plus), HFM, and MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
