Position Summary

As a Senior Product Manager within the Systems Gaming team, you will support the planning, positioning, and delivery of key product lines. You will become a subject matter expert (SME) on the Systems product portfolio, deeply understanding how each product delivers value in your region. You'll operate at the intersection of product development and execution, translating customer requirements and market needs into business use cases and go-to-market plans.

This role requires strong technical fluency, and the ability to collaborate with global teams across engineering, sales, marketing, and support. You will report to the Vice President of Global Product Management and support existing business lines and new initiatives. This role will act as a frontline interface to stakeholders on product-related issues.

Key Responsibilities Product Planning, Delivery & Execution
  • Develop and maintain customer requirements, business cases, and launch plans across assigned product categories
  • Align product development with customer needs, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities
  • Participate in the execution of product releases, ensuring timely delivery and coordinated launch
  • Participate in regional customer upgrades or go-lives to gather feedback and drive adoption
  • Support Client Project Managers during implementation and continuous improvement efforts
Sales Enablement, Customer Advocacy & Insights
  • Act as SME during pre-sales engagements and proof-of-concept phases
  • Communicate product enhancements to necessary stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to understand needs and translate insights into product improvements
  • Advocate for the customer throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Provide input on technical requirements and systems integration during business development activities
Qualifications
  • 5-9 years in product management, ideally within Gaming
  • Experience with software architecture, SDLC, and technical operations preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred

  • Requires full understanding of the technical skills used to accomplish the work
  • Comfortable and familiar with L&W technology, tools and processes required
  • Resolves a wide range of issues with discretion
  • Understands the broader business and marketplace dynamic in which L&W operates
