    This role is based in our Phoenix, AZ office.

We're seeking a strategic Senior Key Accounts Manager to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client experiences across our portfolio.

    Position Overview

    The Senior Key Accounts Manager will strategically manage key client relationships and develop new business within an assigned territory - primarily India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA). You'll represent our complete portfolio of solutions including our flagship events (SupplySide Global and SupplySide Connect) and digital media offerings, creating integrated programs that deliver measurable value to our clients in the health and nutrition industry.

    Responsibilities

    Strategic Account Management

    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts to understand their business objectives and increase their investment across the SupplySide portfolio
    • Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve 80%+ renewal rates while identifying expansion opportunities
    • Create sophisticated, integrated proposals that align with client goals and drive incremental revenue
    • Maintain meticulous account documentation and opportunity tracking in Salesforce

    Revenue Growth & Business Development

    • Meet or exceed sales targets across in-person events and digital media platforms
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory through strategic prospecting and navigation of governmental support opportunities
    • Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients, leveraging industry knowledge to position SupplySide solutions
    • Represent the SupplySide brand at industry events and client meetings, managing travel budget effectively

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and program execution
    • Actively contribute to sales meetings, strategy sessions, and planning initiatives
    • Provide market intelligence and client feedback to inform product development
    • Maintain responsive client communication with 24-hour response standards
    • Embrace continuous learning and professional development opportunities

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 5-7 years of proven sales experience in B2B environments, with specific expertise in both digital media and tradeshow sales
    • Demonstrated track record of building and nurturing long-term client relationships that drive revenue growth
    • Knowledge and experience in cultures, customs and business development practices in India
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to senior-level decision makers
    • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including opportunity management and analytics
    • Strategic mindset with experience developing integrated, multi-platform sales solutions that address client objectives
    • Self-directed professional capable of managing a territory independently while contributing to team goals
    • Willingness to travel approximately 25-30% of the time for client meetings and industry events, including international travel
    • The ideal candidate will bring a consultative sales approach, industry knowledge, and a passion for helping clients achieve their marketing objectives through our comprehensive portfolio of solutions.

    The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 USD based on experience, plus commissions.
