This role is based out of our Chicago, IL office.

Join Informa Connect Tech Events as a Sales Manager representing our prestigious Enterprise Connect and ICMI Contact Center Expo brands. This role is perfect for sales professionals looking to advance their careers in the enterprise communications and contact center markets.

Enterprise Connect 2026(March 2026)

The Role

The Sales Manager will:

  • Sell exhibit space, sponsorships, and digital marketing products across both events
  • Manage an assigned US territory
  • Elevate client conversations with comprehensive marketing packages
  • Balance account management with new business development

Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience (3-5 years) managing territory, acquiring new business, and handling existing accounts.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalentrequired.
  • Strong work ethic with adesire to succeedand acompetitive spirit.
  • Proven sales process expertiseincluding prospecting, pipeline building, proposals, negotiations, and presentations to decision-makers.
  • Exemplary customer servicewith a focus on honesty and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills(written and verbal) for teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com (or similar CRM)and Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Prior B2B media/event sales experience(especially technology market and exhibit space).
  • Experience with consultative sellingfor complex accounts.
  • Knowledge of tech events and media markets
  • Experience partnering with internal expertsfor content and subject matter.
  • Proven success winning business from top technology companies

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $89,000 USD based on experience, plus commissions.
