Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machines, conveyor systems, and facility equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using testing instruments; repair and reassemble machines as needed.
• Fabricate and install repair parts using machine shop tools and equipment.
• Install, adjust, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, motors, and switches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical problems quickly to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance activities through shift reports and work orders.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or management.

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair experience in manufacturing work environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have experience working with PLCs and troubleshooting, have experience working with up to 480v, and troubleshooting AC/DC Motors.
