Position Summary StreetWorks, a program of Lutheran Social Service of MN, is a collaborative of youth-serving nonprofits that have provided street-based outreach to youth experiencing homelessness in the Metro area since 1994. With 19 Member and Partner Agencies, we are the largest outreach collaborative in Minnesota focused on ending youth homelessness. The StreetWorks Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training and technical assistance to youth-serving professionals across Minnesota. This role facilitates the StreetWorks Toolkit Training, with topics including outreach best practices, cultural responsiveness, harm reduction, opioid safety, and trauma-informed care. Trainers work collaboratively to ensure youth experiencing homelessness and exploitation receive effective, compassionate services through well-prepared staff and partners. Job Requirements:
