Primary Purpose: The HR Shared Services Analyst II (HRSS Analyst II)is responsible for resolving sophisticated HR inquiries and critical issues from Tier I support team, requiring a specialized understanding of HR processes and functions. This position plays a key role in supporting HR operations related to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Benefits, Payroll, and overall employee lifecycle management. The HRSS Analyst II ensures the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of HR transactions while maintaining a high level of service to employees and HR teams. What you will do:
