Reimagine What's Possible We are seeking an External Reporting Accountant at our Global Headquarters in Allentown, PA. This position is part of a highly regarded, collaborative Technical and Consolidation Accounting department that is engaged in many aspects of the Company's dynamic, growing business in 50+ countries. You will be responsible for key accounting and reporting tasks, including external reporting and U.S. GAAP research and application. You will demonstrate a proactive mindset and confidence in navigating evolving regulatory guidance, along with a strong sense of ownership, drive to excel, and a commitment to continuous learning. Required Skills / Abilities: * Collaborative and team-oriented, with a demonstrated commitment to learning, ownership of work, and motivation to succeed. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze, summarize, and present complex reporting topics clearly and concisely. * Skilled at prioritizing and completing tasks under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. * Meticulous attention to detail, consistently ensuring precision and accuracy through thorough analysis and critical review. * Sound judgment and professionalism in handling confidential or sensitive financial information. * Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting regulatory environments confidently. * Ability to build strong working relationships across departments and communicate effectively with non-accounting stakeholders. * Comfort with continuous process improvement and openness to adopting new technologies or workflows.
