Job Description:

The National Sales Director/Head of Sales at Jubilant HollisterStier Allergy is a key leadership role responsible for driving the U.S. commercial strategy, sales execution, and performance across all regions for the Allergy Business Unit at Jubilant HollisterStier. The role will lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, delivering revenue and growth targets, and maximizing customer engagement and satisfaction.

The incumbent will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO - ABU and other executive leaders, helping to shape go-to-market strategies, optimize territory performance, and accelerate commercial excellence across the Allergy portfolio.

Commercial Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies that align with overall business objectives including maximizing profit margins through effecting contracting
  • Drive revenue growth and market share (competitiveness) through effective leadership of regional sales teams and national accounts.
  • Partner and collaborate with the marketing team and translate marketing strategies into actionable sales initiatives and targets.
  • Ensure training needs are met to have the team perform to the highest industry standards utilizing learning technologies appropriately.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Regional Sales Managers and a National Account Manager.
  • Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and support professional growth to build bench strength and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, and allergy clinics.
  • Lead the identification of emerging market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Support field teams in managing strategic accounts and high-value partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and HR to drive integrated execution of Sales Strategy.
  • Serve as a key commercial voice in brand planning, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management.

Analytics & Forecasting

  • Build a close partnership with the marketing and sales operations team in forecasting and performance tracking, along with building robust market analytics, ensuring data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the CEO and executive team.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage national sales budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvements in sales operations and support functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field required
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred)
  • 15+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience required
  • 5+ years in senior/national sales leadership roles required
  • Experience in specialty biologics or allergy/immunotherapy markets highly preferred
  • Mastery skills in Sales Strategy & Execution required
  • Functional Expert in Forecasting & Analytics required
  • Mastery skills in account Management required
  • Remote with regular travel (30-50%) for field visits, leadership meetings, and customer engagement required
  • Prolonged sitting, use of laptop/phone, and travel-related physical activity required

Shift: Weekday Days, Monday-Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

This is afull-timeexempt positio. nHiring Wage: $203,400 - $263,200 annually depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role
