Our Company Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation Overview The Virtual Clinic Office Coordinator is a remote position responsible for coordinating a remote team of clients/patients through virtual office software. Typical duties include verifying, creating, and maintaining patient records, customer service, processing emails, ensure billing accuracy, and overall management of the daily schedule and operations of each client/patient. Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them virtually through a video kiosk or on the telephone.
