As the Lead Tech Product Manager: Health Plan CIO for New Mexico or Missouri Medicaid, you will support one or more C&S Medicaid Managed Care Organizations as part of the local leadership team as an individual contributor. Collaborating with internal and external partners, you will leverage your business knowledge and leadership skills to drive IT initiatives that ensure compliance, meet state requirements, and support growth. You will be part of a broader team of Heath Plan CIO's who support our 32 C&S Markets and will play a critical role across all aspects of technology. Candidates must have executive level communication skills, a broad understanding of technology, and Medicaid program delivery. You will work primarily remotely but will be expected to travel to the local office for meetings as required, including those with our regulator or other external stakeholders. Your daily schedule will be in alignment with the market time zone. Your workday will depend on the current needs of your market and could include addressing new regulatory requirements, submitting materials for audit purposes, collaborating with other business and technology teams on strategy or addressing production problems as part of a large matrixed organization. *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
