POSITION SCOPE

The Finishing Specialist - Automated Blasting & Paint System is a chance to use cutting-edge technology in one of the most advanced automated finishing systems in the industry. PRIMARY DUTIES



  • Oversee daily operations of the automated paint system, shipping and receiving
  • Troubleshoot issues, support maintenance, and ensure maximum uptime
  • Analyze problems, isolate variables, and implement solutions for process consistency
  • Drive continuous improvement in workflows, efficiency, and quality
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or finishing operations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and make smart decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex issues into process steps
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and understand automated equipment
  • Experience with blasting, paint, or finishing operations is a plus but not required
