Req ID:232984 Job Location: Fort Worth, Texas Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: 2-2-3 Schedule / 3:00 AM - 3:30 PM Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $24.52 to $30.46 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. General Purpose Performs standard micrometer adjustments, product testing procedures, and microbiological testing. Duties and Responsibilities Analyze syrup, water, and beverage attributes throughout the production process Audit water quality, container rinsers, air blowers, Filters, and coders to ensure proper operation Ensure complete and accurate records of process Identify, isolate, and analyze any product that does not conform to CCSWB standards Maintain lab instruments and equipment following established lab techniques Adhere to establish company operating policy and procedure Calibrate instruments as required Train lab technicians Assist in troubleshooting water treatment, lab instrument/equipment failures, and product issues. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred At least 1-year beverage production facility experience Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime Ability to attend to fine details - Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently Knowledge of and ability to use PC systems and software applications Ability to follow instructions presented through various formats Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to work in environments requiring personal protective equipment Applicants with disabilities may be entitled to reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act and certain Texas or local laws.
