Job Title: System Development MGR
Manage multiple complex software development projects Manages the (RCM) Training and System Support Teams. Review team work for technical accuracy and completeness Allocate staff resources and track progress to meet deadlines Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluations Oversee project budgets ranging from $1M-$5M Advise senior leadership on technical direction and strategy
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred) 7+ years of experience in IT systems/applications; 5+ years managing projects Strong background in IS project planning, resource allocation, and vendor evaluation Broad knowledge of health services applications, hardware platforms, and client-server environments Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with operational performance improvement Experience with service level expectations and vendor contracts Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization Salary Range: Minimum 53.55/hour - Maximum 93.74/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
