Position Summary (Purpose of job): Serves as a strategic partner for the distribution center leader and operations managers as to plan, lead, and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives within the entire DC. Drives operational excellence by leading internal quality audits and establishing/improving on standard operating processes. Will drive process consistency to best practices, enhance customer satisfaction and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements / company key objectives. This leader will lead/improve current onboarding/training program for all new hires while implementing improvement initiatives for our existing team.This leader will also lead current trainers that help with not only on-boarding but also continuous training for improvement. This leader will also ensure that all state licenses are accurate and keep the facility prepared at all times for any regulatory or compliance audit.
