Position Summary:
The University of Wisconsin-Platteville is seeking a Manager of Campus Recreation and Wellness/Pioneer Activity Center (PAC) to join our Athletics and Recreation Department. The manager is responsible for coordinating and promoting the events, services, and offerings of the Pioneer Activity Center facility, which includes a Weight Room/Cardio Fitness Center, Pool, Indoor Running Track, Racquetball Courts, Outdoor Track, four multi-purpose courts, three wooden basketball courts, and an Indoor Walking Track. This position will oversee and perform activities including policy development and enforcement, program development and expansion, participant eligibility, and risk management. In addition, the Manager serves as the intramural and group fitness coordinator. This is a full-time, 12-month, benefit-eligible position with a starting salary of $45,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Key Job Responsibilities:
