As the Senior Manager of Training & Enablement, you will lead the strategy, design, and measurement of enablement programs that empower our global support organization to perform at its best. You will be responsible for building scalable, outcome-driven efforts that align directly to business KPIs, enabling our teams to deliver extraordinary customer experiences. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Knowledge & Enablement, you will partner closely with leaders across Ping to align enablement initiatives with business priorities. This role requires both strategic vision and execution excellence, shaping the future of how we enable our teams through data-driven approaches, improved measurement and reporting, and business transformation initiatives. Success in this role will depend on your ability to design and deliver training that addresses the six core types of adult learning - visual, auditory, reading/writing, kinesthetic, experiential/problem-based, and social/collaborative - ensuring programs are engaging, scalable, and impactful.

You will:

  • Lead the strategy and delivery of global training and enablement programs, ensuring they are outcome-driven and tied to KPIs.
  • Build scalable programs that balance technical training, process adoption, and development of human skills (communication, EQ, growth mindset).
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations of enablement programs and initiatives, measuring their impact and effectiveness.
  • Move beyond execution alone by developing robust reporting and measurement frameworks to demonstrate program impact and ROI.
  • Drive innovation in enablement by leveraging data and analytics to optimize adoption, retention, and performance outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, and training and enablement strategies and initiatives, bringing best practices into program design.
  • Drive a culture of collaboration and effective communication across Ping, fostering cross-functional alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor and develop enablement team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and strategic impact.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in enablement, training, business transformation, or learning & development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing enablement initiatives, driving productivity and performance improvement.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities.
  • Strong business transformation skills with a track record of shifting organizations from executional to strategic, data-driven enablement approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, adapt, and deliver enablement programs that address the six key types of adult learning:

    • Visual (diagrams, charts, graphics, visual storytelling)
    • Auditory (lectures, discussions, recorded content)
    • Reading/Writing (structured manuals, written guides, process documentation)
    • Kinesthetic (hands-on practice, simulations, role-play)
    • Experiential/Problem-Based (case studies, real-world scenarios, application-based learning)
    • Social/Collaborative (peer learning, coaching, group discussion, knowledge sharing)

You have an advantage if:

  • You have experience in a global SaaS or technology environment.
  • You hold a certification or have practical experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
  • You have applied structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Kepner-Tregoe) to enablement and training programs.
  • You have built or scaled coaching programs to drive behavioral change and employee development.
  • You are energized by leading business transformation in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Knowledge Management (KM), ISO 9001, and Case Hygiene practices.
