Loan Operations Specialist II

Primary Purpose:

Assist branch personnel with questions and issues regarding Loan Platform, ALS, NetTrax, loan documentation, regulatory compliance, exceptions, and other general loan questions related escrow functionality and tax tracking. Ensure accuracy of escrow information related to loans including the manual process of setting up escrow accounts.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist branch personnel via telephone and email with resolution of all issues and questions.
• Input and verify information being utilized for setting up escrow processing for applicable loans.
• Input and verify information for tax tracking monitoring purposes.
• Communicate with the tax tracking vendor on a regular basis via email or system dialogs.
• Assist management during the implementation process for escrow functionality.

Job Specifications:

• High School Diploma.
• College degree or applicable work experience.
• Good attention to detail skills.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Understanding of loan products and functionality.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to operate standard computer and office equipment.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments as workflow is adjusted for regulatory and workflow changes.
