job purpose:

The Director, Supply Chain Strategy, will be a key leader within the supply chain transformation team, driving the long-term strategic planning and optimization of our supply chain network. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to shape the future of our supply chain, ensuring it is resilient, scalable, and aligned with the company's overarching vision and objectives. The director will focus on designing an agile, efficient, and sustainable supply chain network that supports both current and future business needs taking IP, innovation and international expansion into consideration.

responsibilities:



  • Lead the design and implementation of a long-term, global supply chain network strategy that balances cost, speed, flexibility, and risk management


  • Build a resilient network capable of adapting to changes in market conditions, customer demands, and geopolitical factors


  • Work closely with the executive leadership team, finance, demand, procurement, logistics, and operations to ensure alignment of the supply chain strategy with overall corporate objectives


  • Provide insights and recommendations to guide key decisions on capacity expansion, capital investments, and geographic market expansions


  • Focus on optimizing the location of new manufacturing plants to meet business growth and consumer demands


  • Use data analytics to run scenario analyses and "what-if" models that inform future supply chain decisions


  • Support development of a robust Intellectual Property (IP) strategy that enhances the company's competitive edge, supports innovation, and drives value creation through strategic supply chain decisions


  • Support all international expansion, providing subject matter expertise on our supply chain and processes, ensuring protection of our IP


  • Partner with R&D and our brand teams to support supply chain strategy of new production innovations and entrance into adjacent categories


  • Lead and support other Supply Chain strategy projects as needed



skills/qualifications required:



  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain with a focus on strategic network planning, operations and logistics


  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in designing and implementing global supply chain networks


  • Proven expertise in network optimization, including site selection, transportation strategy, and capacity planning


  • Strong analytical skills with experience using network modeling tools, ERP systems, and data analytics platforms


  • Experience in scenario planning, risk management, and identifying long-term supply chain vulnerabilities


  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)


  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Base pay range:
$155,000 $175,000 USD
