The Kinetic Co., Inc. is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead sales strategy, execution, and growth across the Steel segment. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, ideal for a seasoned sales professional ready to take ownership of national market development and drive strategic sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales functions across multiple product lines.
  • Develop and implement strategic action plans to grow revenue, improve margins, and expand market presence.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Inside Sales.
  • Analyze industry and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Oversee development and execution of forecasts, budgets, and promotional strategies.
  • Recommend and assist in the development of new products or enhancements in collaboration with Engineering.
  • Recruit, train, and manage external sales representatives and agents.
  • Represent Kinetic at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings-expect ~40% travel.
  • Support and coach salespeople; monitor quoting and customer engagement efforts.
  • Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing sales strategies across diverse markets.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable with data-driven decision making.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. passport; must be eligible for international travel.
  • Industry-specific certifications and licenses are a plus.



Leadership & Supervision

This position provides indirect leadership over:

  • A national network of outside sales representatives.
  • Independent sales agents and business partners.


You'll work closely with senior leadership to ensure consistency and effectiveness across Kinetic's entire sales organization.
