ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a senior-level UX/UI designer to lead the design vision across our direct-to-consumer platforms-web, mobile, and living room.

As a cross-platform design lead, you will shape the end-to-end user experience across onboarding, discovery, content playback, personalization, and account management.

You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver seamless and scalable design systems that work across devices. This role is instrumental in ensuring a unified and best-in-class experience for our users.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design vision and execution across web, mobile, and living room platforms

  • Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs

  • Create and optimize responsive solutions tailored to each platform's unique interaction model

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality implementation and consistency

  • Evolve and maintain shared component libraries and scalable design systems in Figma

  • Conduct design QA and usability reviews across platforms

  • Clearly document and communicate design decisions to stakeholders

  • Help shape and advocate for a cohesive, user-centered design culture within the team

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Strong UX foundation with experience across web, mobile, and living room (TV) platforms

  • Expertise in designing for subscription-based or streaming products

  • Proven visual design skills with attention to detail and accessibility standards

  • Experience designing responsive, consumer-facing products at scale, including prototyping

  • Familiarity with web standards, mobile platform guidelines, and living room UX paradigms

  • Strong collaboration with product and engineering teams

  • Proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of tools like Jira

  • Experience building and maintaining cross-platform design systems

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Familiarity with motion and interaction design principles across platforms

  • Experience working on performance optimization in web or TV UIs

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end technologies

  • Background in A/B testing or data-informed design iteration

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $92,000.00-160,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
