Pay: $12.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Maintain outdoor grounds, including mowing, trimming, weeding, edging, and hedge care.
• Clean and upkeep outside parking areas, sidewalks, and common spaces.
• Assist with event setup and teardown, as well as opening and closing buildings for campus activities.
• Perform routine maintenance and janitorial duties as needed.
• Operate lawn care equipment and perform small engine maintenance when required.
• Maintain daily logs of tasks and checklists.
• Use computer-based programs to create and track work orders.
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning products and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with students, vendors, and management.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance.
• Knowledge of lawn care equipment; small engine maintenance preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the organization with integrity.
