HYBRID: In-office TUES/WED/THURS

Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their Digital Lab team. This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing consumer 1:1 marketing programs to life and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As part of the Digital Lab team, you'll play an integral role in building impactful omnichannel campaigns that reach the right audience with the right message at the right time via email and some SMS.

What You'll Do



  • Build, test, and launch omnichannel marketing programs, from simple journeys to complex triggered campaigns, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, error-free, and optimized for maximum impact.
  • Monitor email deliverability and provide strategies to improve inbox placement and IP reputation.
  • Troubleshoot campaign or deliverability issues, identify root causes, and recommend fixes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, Technology, and external agencies to create, optimize, and execute campaigns.
  • Test and analyze campaign performance, proactively suggesting optimizations to boost reach and engagement.
  • Stay current on best practices in 1:1 marketing and bring fresh ideas to the team.


What We're Looking For



  • Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Specialist or Developer) Focusing on building customer journeys, QA, and audience segmentation for campaign builds
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in database marketing, CRM, email, digital, or 1:1 marketing.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience building campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong project management and client service skills, comfortable working with both technical and business partners.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
