As our Director of Facilities, you'll be the mastermind behind the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of our facilities. You'll lead a fantastic team, manage budgets, and ensure our spaces are not just functional but also fabulous! Here's a sneak peek at your responsibilities:

• Lead with Flair: Guide our facilities management team to deliver top-notch maintenance services while hitting all our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Policy Pro: Develop and implement standards that keep us compliant with Joint Commission and other regulations-because safety is our top priority!
• Budget Boss: Prepare and manage budgets like a pro, ensuring we make the most of our resources while keeping everything running smoothly.
• Emergency Hero: Update our Emergency Procedures Manual and be ready to spring into action during any crisis-fires, natural disasters, you name it!
• Contract Negotiator: Oversee competitive bidding for capital improvements and negotiate contracts that keep our facilities in tip-top shape.
• Safety Champion: Maintain our life safety program and ensure our facilities are safe and sound for everyone.
• Utility Guru: Keep our essential utilities (think HVAC, plumbing, and more) in perfect working order-hands-on repairs included!

• High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of facilities maintenance management experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of security management experience, preferably in a behavioral healthcare setting, or law enforcement.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience, preferred.
• Certified Facilities Manager preferred.int.
• Subject Matter Expert knowledge of OSHA, Joint Commission, and State and Federal regulations regarding facility maintenance.
• Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Calendaring, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
