We are seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis efforts. This senior leader will play a key role in shaping Findorff's financial future, with a strong focus on ESOP reporting, valuations, and compliance, cash forecasting, G&A expense management, and subsidiary financial oversight. This is a high-impact, visible role that requires deep financial expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:
ESOP Leadership: Build and manage financial forecasting processes for Findorff's ESOP, including valuations, compliance reporting, shareholder communications, and ERISA requirements.
Cash Forecasting & Capital Strategy: Lead the development of cash forecasting tools and capital management strategies to ensure financial sustainability and growth.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term modeling, delivering actionable insights to executive leadership through KPI dashboards and performance reporting.
G&A Oversight: Forecast and allocate general and administrative expenses effectively, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
Subsidiary Financial Management: Provide financial oversight for subsidiaries, driving consistency and operational efficiency.
Strategic & Operational Support: Serve as a key thought partner to executive leadership, supporting mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments through modeling and valuation analysis.
Innovation & Process Design: Build scalable processes and systems from the ground up, implementing financial tools and strategies that support Findorff's growth.
Community & Industry Leadership: Represent Findorff through board service, industry involvement, and civic engagement, demonstrating a commitment to our culture and values.
What We're Looking For:
Financial acumen and strategic vision with a strong foundation in construction accounting and corporate finance.
ESOP expertise in valuations, compliance, shareholder reporting, and process implementation.
A forward-thinking, innovative mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and processes from scratch.

Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
Expertise in ESOP administration, ERISA compliance, and advanced financial modeling.
Familiarity with construction accounting and industry-specific financial operations preferred.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver actionable financial insights.
