The Data Governance Lead is responsible for creating and ensuring adherence to data governance policies, standards, practices, and procedures. The Data Governance Lead will play an integral role in defining data governance in support of business and data strategy initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with process teams, systems integrators, and developers to identify requirements and define governance solutions for all data areas. This role will be part of a cross-functional team for data governance spanning metadata management, regulatory compliance, data quality, and data security initiatives to help implement governance processes across our data ecosystem. You will directly contribute to the success of our data strategy by working cross-functionally with data, legal, marketing, engineering, information security, operations, back-end services, and front-end technology teams to drive our governance strategy across our global footprint ensuring quality data that is both secure and compliant with internal and external guidelines.
