Professional Services Group is now hiring for the position of Supervisor to lead the Safety Services (SS), Mobile Response (MR), and Supervised Parenting Time (SV) teams in Outagamie County!

JOB SUMMARY:

The Safety Services, Mobile Response, and Supervised Parenting Time programs work with families referred to our services by the Outagamie County Department of Health and Human Services to maintain safety in homes where children are at-risk for removal or are in the process of reunification. Staff within these programs emphasize helping families develop systems of support and resources to promote safety and stability, and enhance the parent-child relationship.

As the Supervisor, it will be your responsibility to direct and monitor all aspects of the SS, MR, and SV programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPERVISOR:



  • Hire, train, and manage program staff.
  • Carry out objectives set by management.
  • Monitor and be accountable for program budgets.
  • Set and monitor employee caseloads.
  • Maintain a light caseload to provide 16 hours of direct service per week.
  • Prepare required reports and all other program documentation accurately and on time.
  • Review staff case notes, safety assessments, and safety plans.
  • Ensure quality assurance through file reviews.
  • Conduct weekly staffing.
  • Act as a resource for staff during emergency and crisis situations.
  • Safely transport clients as needed.


LOCATION: On-site in Appleton, WI. Flexibility for hybrid scheduling two days/week after training is complete! Local travel may be required throughout Outagamie County and surrounding areas, with mileage reimbursement.

SCHEDULE: Expected hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; may need to support staff or clients outside of scheduled hours.

SALARY: $58,000 annually

REQUIREMENTS:



  • Must possess a valid Driver's License, personal automobile insurance, and reliable transportation on a daily basis.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or similar/related.
  • Must have a minimum of two years' experience working with at-risk youth and families.
  • Prior supervisory/management experience is preferred.
