Whatwillyoudo

This positionis responsible forproviding vision,leadershipand direction for theservice and/or installationbusiness in the local office. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, developing business strategies, and implementing action plans to meet the districtsobjectivesand drive profitable growth of the business, including embracing the company programs, identification of life safety deficiencies and recommendations.

How you will do it

  • Revenue responsibility:Including implementing plans, programs and processes designed to meet and exceed corporate goals andobjectivesas well as maximizing market potential of the service business including new bookings (sales), revenue and profitability.
  • Customer Satisfaction:Responsible formaintainingeffective customer communications along with building solid customer relationships frominitialcontact through order acquisition, delivery,installationand service. Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled while quickly resolving customer complaints concerning service and collection issues thereby minimizing customer concerns and enhancing customer relations.
  • Productivity Improvement:Responsible for setting fair and manageable territories for technicians. Ensure that fair and effective performance measurements are assigned and that employees are motivated to achieve and/or exceed their assigned goals andobjectivesutilizingmanagement tools and practices.Alsoresponsible to be proficient at, perform asrequiredand instruct/train all new and existing clerical and dispatch personnel in all specific job procedures including our CRM system.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all employeescomply withcorporate safety programs. Responsible for ensuring that employee safety training is thoroughly complete andup to date.Identifysafety issues and hazards and notify corporate safety officers of those conditions that require corrective action.

What we look for

Required

  • Demonstratesupervisory/leadershipabilities to include training, team building, presentation and negotiation skills, district administration and effective interaction with customers.
  • Associate degreeor Equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in a supervisory position.
  • Available for local/regional travel, which may include nights and weekends to accommodate customers' schedule.

Preferred

  • BA Degree
  • NICET or other related Certifications

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $86,200-110,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.This position includes a competitive benefits package.
