Overview

The Marketing team at Rimkus is a collaborative, high-performing group responsible for advancing the brand and scaling pipeline generation to accelerate growth. Partnering with subject matter experts and business development leaders, we create impactful campaigns that tell the Rimkus story in a compelling way.

As Senior Marketing Specialist for our Built Environment Solutions (BES) group, you'll develop and execute campaigns that expand market reach, spotlight industry expertise, and directly support business growth in North America (including Quebec). This role offers the opportunity to influence marketing strategy for a global brand, gain exposure to senior leadership, and grow your expertise in a fast-growing business area. Essential Job Functions



  • Support the BES Marketing Leader in identifying and prioritizing marketing opportunities in the US and Canada
  • Develop a deep understanding of BES offerings, market trends, and competitors to shape marketing strategies and messaging
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (email, digital, events, webinars), collaborating with the broader Marketing team on creative, design, and web support
  • Capture client stories, testimonials, and case studies to highlight BES expertise
  • Leverage CRM, automation, and analytics tools to optimize campaigns, support client journeys, and monitor and improve website performance
  • Maintain marketing documentation and continuously evaluate new digital tools and trends to improve results


Required Job Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience
  • Proficiency in French (to support our marketing efforts in Quebec, Canada)
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and team members.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web content management
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing performance data
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail


    Preferred Job Qualifications



    • Global experience
    • Experience in the professional consulting space
    • Experience with graphic design (Canva...) - or a willingness to learn
    • Experience with digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing systems, and CRM systems


    Physical Demands, Overtime, and Travel Requirements

    Work is performed primarily in an at home or in-office setting. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend, crouch, hear, and talk (must be able to speak and communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, prospects, partners and others). Employee may lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Clear vision and depth perception are also necessary.

    There will be some occasions where overtime (or working after normal business hours) will be required to meet the demands of the position.

    Minimal travel may be required.

    The Salary Range for this position is $53,300 - $79,900 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.
