ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: . Assist all guests with luggage, transporting luggage to and from guest room(s) as requested by guest. . Explain all hotel facilities to arriving guests, their locations in the hotel and hours of operation, to include fire exits and safety features of the hotel. . Remain in the front of the hotel and lobby area when on duty and not assisting a guest. . Maintain the front of the hotel and the lobby area for cleanliness, such as trash removal, mopping up spills, sweeping up trash, emptying trash cans, checking the business center and pol area and workout facilities for neatness and cleanliness. . Deliver messages and packages and mail to guests. . Perform airport pick-ups and drop-offs as scheduled. . Park all cars when guests request valet service, in the approved valet parking areas. Retrieve all valeted cars as requested by guest, bringing it to front of the hotel for the guest. . Maintain the traffic flow at all times in the front of the hotel and parking areas of the hotel. . Provide service that will assist guests with luggage to and from required destinations. . When requested, provide guest with a tour of our beautiful property. Inform guest of our amazing amenities we offer all hotel guests and hours of operation. . As a Guest Lobby Ambassador and Valet, you will "own" the lobbies and front drive of the Hotels, paying close attention to its cleanliness and accessibility to our guests. . In addition to assisting guests with providing valet services upon request. Retrieve all valeted cars as requested by guests. While maintaining traffic flow in the front and parking areas of the hotel. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: . Position requires either 7 am to 3 pm or 3pm to 11pm or 2pm. . Position requires some weekends and holidays. . Position requires a valid driver's license, without violations. . Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle. .
