The brand new Mouratoglou Tennis Academy at Horseshoe Bay Resort is looking to add an ace Tennis Professional to the team! Fluency in a 2nd language is valued as we host guests from around the globe.

*Tennis Professional collects commissions in addition to hourly pay.

Definition:

Teach tennis lessons, group lessons and camps. Sales of Mouratoglou camps, weekend packages and other related amenities will also be a responsibility of this position

General Duties:



  • Teach tennis lessons camps.
  • Inbound and outbound lead cultivation.


Employment standards:



  • Adhere to the various written mandatory standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos, oral instructions, etc., all of which go to make up the essential functions of the job.
  • Perform in a manner that demonstrates the philosophies of "Texas Premium Service".
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Should be very accurate and organized.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Professional demeanor in both mannerism and appearance.
  • Speak, read and write English.
  • Background playing tennis, with Division I or II experience required; and understand all aspects and rules.
  • Ability to give instruction in a positive and meaningful manner that is respectful of all guests and members.Responsible for racket stringing, tracking student progress.
  • Instruction with an emphasis on form, technique, and safety.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Frequently exposed to moving objects and outside weather conditions.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
