Position Overview

The Principal Organizational Development Partner, Culture & Experience leads the enterprise strategy for building a culture that drives performance, inclusion, and employee experience. This role integrates insights from GPTW, employee voice, experience mapping, and Employee Inclusion Networks (EINs) to drive systemic, scalable cultural shifts. It focuses on embedding culture into how work happens every day, not through isolated programs, but through enterprise activation, leader behavior, and moments that matter. This role reports to the VP, Organizational Development, and is Madison based.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Shape and evolve the Organizational Development (OD) CEO's strategy for cultural enablement.
  • Define what enterprise culture priorities are needed to support belonging and engagement and connect those priorities to business value and a culture of performance.
  • Translate GPTW and Gallup data into 1-3 prioritized areas of cultural focus that influence leader behavior, improve team functioning, and reinforce a high-performance culture.
  • Partner across OD, HRBPs, and business leaders to co-lead systemic action planning.
  • Lead human-centered design sprints for key employee segments to uncover cultural friction points and opportunities.
  • Turn findings into insight briefs, leader prompts, and improvement loops to address the root causes of friction points.
  • Oversight of our EINs creating accountability for Executive Sponsors, Co-Leads, Champions, etc. within the governance model.
  • Support leader sponsorship, network growth, and two-way insight sharing.
  • Curate small-scale, reusable tools that help teams to reflect on shared values, observances, and inclusive practices.
  • Use enterprise platforms and campaigns to promote visibility.
  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work designated schedule.
  • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
  • Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Degree/General Education Degree and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • 10+ years in HR and/or Organizational Development/Learning and Development function, with demonstration of in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge, and increasing responsibility, exposure and scope.
  • 5+ years designing or enabling culture, inclusion, engagement, or employee experience programs with cross-functional impact.
  • 5+ years partnering with senior leaders to embed cultural priorities into business practices or enterprise initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience with survey tools, employee voice platforms, or human-centered design approaches (e.g., experience mapping, insight sprints).
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Organizational Development/Behavior and/or Adult Learning/education and/or HR and/or Business Strategy.
  • Experience leading enterprise action planning or follow-through based on employee listening insights (e.g., GPTW, engagement surveys).
  • Experience building or governing Employee Resource Groups, Inclusion Networks, or similar affinity/community models.
  • Proven ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into executive storytelling, behavior prompts, and enablement tools.

Salary Range:

$133,000.00 - $226,000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
