What You Will Be Doing: Taking a complex & real-world problem and break it down into actionable steps Owning projects, and determine and implement solutions Growing your technical and interpersonal skills being challenged by business demands Working on a multi-functional global team with a dedicated mentor Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and collaborate effectively across teams Working with technologies such as: Python and other scripting languages Front end technologies and libraries .NET Framework Backend Technologies Alternative web-based tech stacks Network Automation Engineering Enterprise Resource Planning software - SAP S/4HANA preferred ITSM / ITIL / ServiceNow IT Networking / Application Security Tools Visual Studio / Eclipse / Other IDE's And more! The IT organization is made up of 600 employees, has numerous young professionals and is a valuable part of the corporate strategy. During the summer you will join a group of about 15 students with ample opportunities to network and be exposed to a variety of functions within IT. You will be placed on an existing team within the organization and work on real work in that teams' backlog. Some possibilities include: IT Security, Networking, Database & Storage, Digital Customer Experience, Product Data Technology, Workplace Experience, & other Business Transformation teams. Additionally, you will receive mentoring by a team of senior level IT analysts who are dedicated to building an amazing summer experience for you. Actively enrolled in a degree seeking program at the time of application and throughout the duration of the internship position. Knowledge and applied experience with a structured programming language for our Development roles Analytical experience, interest, and passion for solving business problems for our Analyst roles Reliable transportation, as many of our sites do not have public transportation available Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
