SALARY RANGE $25.43 - $35.31WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS University of Wisconsin Madison's Division of Extension, Waukesha County, is seeking a dynamic individual to join its administrative team as an Executive Assistant. UW Extension-Waukesha County is a major outreach effort of the University of Madison, putting university knowledge and research to work in our county. We teach, learn, lead and serve, connecting people with the University of Wisconsin, and engaging with them in transforming lives and communities. This integral position provides support to the Extension Area Director with budget development and management, oversees an Administrative Specialist, and partners with the Extension Educators, volunteers, and the community. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide strong administrative support and will possess:
Work Hours/Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8 am to 4:30 pm; work is mainly performed in the office. Our office is in the Waukesha County Administration Center, 515 W. Moreland Blvd, Waukesha. The 2025 starting hourly rate range is $25.43 to $29.00(depending on qualifications; full range extends to $35.31). Prior to hiring, the final candidate is required to pass work/education/certification reference(s) and a criminal background and driver's license check.
