Description

As Broker Operations Technical Analyst you will analyze systems and procedures to design and implement solutions that optimize SAP's ICM tool. This role plays a critical part in supporting platform migration, broker commission administration, and the development of scalable, efficient compensation programs. You will provide technical analysis, support, and project management to ensure accurate and timely commission payments and operational readiness.

Key Accountabilities



  • Support platform migration and operational readiness aligned with broker commission administration.
  • Ensure accurate and timely commission payment processing in accordance with broker agreements.
  • Validate and track key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.
  • Design and facilitate evolving broker incentive compensation programs.
  • Identify administrative cost-saving opportunities through ongoing analysis and process optimization.
  • Standardize broker commission schedules to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.


The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to manage complex systems and drive process improvements. They will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of translating business needs into scalable solutions. A proactive mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally will be key to success in this role.

Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field,
  • 5 years of work experience beyond degree



Strongly Preferred



  • Experience with SAP Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) or similar compensation platforms.
  • Strong background in technical analysis and project management.
  • Proven ability to support operational readiness and system migrations.
  • Experience in broker commission administration or incentive compensation design.
  • Familiarity with KPI tracking and performance analytics.

This position is a Remote role.To be eligible for consideration, candidates must have a primary home address located within any state where Medica is registered as an employer - AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI

The full salary range for this position is $77,100 - $132,200. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to compensation, Medica offers a generous total rewards package that includes competitive medical, dental, vision, PTO, Holidays, paid volunteer time off, 401K contributions, caregiver services and many other benefits to support our employees.
