Overview
Placement Type: Temp to Perm Salary: 78-85K DOE Start Date: 09.22.2025 Perform data management activities, including data loading, system table maintenance, and data reconciliations, within the Global Sales Reporting & Analysis (GSRA) system. This includes the following types of items:
* Creation and maintenance of monthly and quarterly global sales reports includes the following:
Note: Reporting activities require a knowledge of system processes and understanding of data management concepts. Users of the reports include: Executive Management, Finance (SEC Reporting), Public Relations, Business Planning, Forecasting, Global Regions/ Market Operations. * Excellent communication and follow-up skills to interface with global Regional and Market Operations on the collection and consolidation of the competitive data in those markets. Requires flexibility in working hours for meetings with other global entities to support and/or resolve sales reporting issues. * Develop and maintain documentation of the position's current business processes and identify business process improvements. * Work with the IT Innovation and Technical Support teams to provide business requirements, priorities, assess alternatives and create test plans for system break/fixes and system enhancements.
* Develop and maintain training material for end users, data analysts and data suppliers. * Conduct formal and informal training with users on the global sales data and adhoc reporting.
* Assist other Sales Operations groups in performing data management and sales reporting tasks (e.g. Global Daily Reporting, U.S. Daily/Monthly Sales Reporting, etc.). Critical Skills and Knowledge Requirements Preferred This is an hybrid position in Warren, MI. All candidates must be local and elgible to work in the US without a sponsorship. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $78-85K annually.
