Overview
The Creative Project Manager will act as the organizational anchor between our creative team and our clients, ensuring that projects run smoothly from kickoff through delivery. This role requires someone confident leading structured meetings, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and capable of delivering a consistently high level of polish in both communication and execution. Key Responsibilities Project Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage the production calendar and resources across multiple projects.
- Build and maintain project timelines, tasks, and deliverables in Monday.com (or similar PM tools).
- Enforce deadlines, manage internal reviews, and keep projects moving.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage platform features (automation, dashboards, reporting).
Client & Internal Communications
- Lead and participate in client-facing meetings (kickoffs, milestone check-ins, delivery reviews).
- Serve as the primary point of contact during production, managing revision cycles and providing timely updates.
- Coordinate and prepare internal meetings (weekly huddles, production reviews).
- Draft clear agendas, action items, and presentations to keep discussions productive and outcomes actionable.
Quality Assurance & Delivery
- Oversee QA for all deliverables, ensuring grammar, design, and brand standards meet "Pipeline Quality."
- Manage final review processes before client delivery.
- Document project outcomes and transition completed work to Strategy/Marketing Operations.
Administration
- Maintain organized systems for production files and final deliverables.
- Apply consistent file naming conventions and version control.
- Document key processes to support team efficiency and continuity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2-4 years in project management or account coordination, ideally in luxury services, hospitality, or creative/agency environments.

Contract Details
- Type: Temporary (Maternity Leave Coverage).
- Duration: Through March 2026, with potential to expand into a permanent role.
- Location: Remote (U.S.-based), ideally available to collaborate on Pacific Time Zone hours.
