Partnering with Aquent, a global leader in creative staffing, we're seeking a passionate and highly organized Pre-Production Coordinator to join a dynamic in-house creative studio that's shaping the future of visual content for a world-renowned brand. As a Pre-Production Coordinator, you will be the vital link ensuring seamless execution of premium product imagery, from initial planning to final delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll orchestrate the flow of merchandise through the studio, ensuring on-time production and flawless execution. Your meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving prowess, and collaborative spirit will be essential to maintaining the highest standards of visual excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the entire product image creation lifecycle, from line plan management and forecasting to post-season analysis.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Inbound/Outbound, Production, Post-Production) to drive efficient photo production workflows.
• Leverage inventory and asset management systems to track product progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead digital workflow optimization initiatives, streamlining processes for enhanced efficiency.
• Proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to deadlines.
• Compile, audit, and deliver data-driven reports to inform decision-making and performance evaluation.
• Partner with production partners to monitor performance against established KPIs and maintain project timelines.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance training, comprehension, and compliance.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a production coordination role within an e-commerce photo studio environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Art, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the client's products.
• Experience working within a studio environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.40 to $32.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
