Salary: $60.47-$77.60 per hour
Role Summary
As a Marketing Specialist, you will design and maintain a favorable public image by building brand and product recognition through marketing campaigns including social media, channel marketing, and projects. You will demonstrate a working knowledge of marketing channels, campaigns, and projects, as well as an understanding of related areas of the organization - including process impacts and upstream/downstream functions - to bring marketing strategies to life. You will hold yourself and your team accountable for DEI development and outcomes, set expectations, track progress through measurable results, and engage in learning and reflection. You will also foster a climate where everyone feels they belong by encouraging inclusive decision making, building psychological safety, and facilitating inclusive meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership, developing points of view and standards for advertising, while aligning strategic efforts and priorities across global marketing.
- Analyze and derive insights from data to uncover new marketing opportunities and audience insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns created for U.S. media and social channels are high-quality, reflect our voice, and represent our brand.
- Exercise sound judgment and take swift action to uphold Core Values & Code of Conduct. Champion psychological safety, being sensitive to cultural norms and helping others expand their viewpoints.
- Drive the development and implementation of pioneering marketing communications strategies to amplify media and public reach.
- Develop external relationships with venues, agencies, and suppliers (registration, livestream platforms, AV, swag, F&B, gifting, speaker management).
- Analyze, track, and report on campaign/project ROI based on pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM or project management systems. Work closely with sales teams to maximize campaign impact.
- Act as a primary client point of contact for medium-scale media planning and partner with global media teams to ensure strategies are scaled.
- Manage day-to-day media agency relationships, prioritizing workflow and elevating output quality.
- Drive the development and execution of marketing strategies to deliver business results, increasing brand awareness and engagement across multiple media channels.
- Develop and analyze creative social media content, social selling programs, employee/leadership activation, and measurement strategies.
- Collaborate with growth, content, and design teams to create and execute promotion plans before, during, and after projects using digital tools.
- Create space for collaboration and inclusion in projects, meetings, and events. Role model inclusive behavior, provide constructive feedback, and act as a change agent for DEI.
Mandatory Skills or Qualifications / Minimum Role Qualifications
- 4 years' experience in growth, performance, direct response, social, or digital marketing.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
Additional Skills Required
- Strong presentation and communication skills to convey data narratives.
- Experience with growth/scaled marketing channels (email, social, paid media).
- Understanding of Google measurement tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
