We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consumer Insights Manager to join our Marketing team, bringing deep expertise in advertising measurement, research, and optimization to maximize our ad impact. Role Overview:
As the Senior Consumer Insights Manager focused on advertising effectiveness, you will lead efforts to evaluate what works and what doesn't in our advertising campaigns. You will design, manage, and analyze testing programs, providing actionable insights that optimize ad performance and guide strategic decision-making. This role requires a collaborative mindset, working closely with both internal marketing teams and external agencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end measurement and evaluation of advertising campaigns to assess effectiveness and impact on consumer behavior and brand metrics.
- Design and implement robust ad testing methodologies (A/B tests, control groups, tracking studies, etc.) to identify drivers of success and areas for improvement.
- Analyze consumer data and ad performance metrics, synthesizing findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Media, and Analytics teams to integrate insights into campaign strategy and optimization.
- Manage relationships with external agencies to align on research approaches, data collection, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track ongoing ad performance and campaign ROI.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in advertising measurement and consumer insights.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or advertising measurement roles.
- Proven track record working within Marketing teams and partnering with agencies on ad testing and optimization.
- Deep understanding of research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative testing techniques.
- Experience with digital and traditional media measurement and attribution models.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
