Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct impactful research, and present your findings to executive stakeholders, driving impactful decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses, identifying emerging trends and opportunities in retail, customer experience, technology, and content.
• Analyze research data to generate actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these insights into the broader business strategy.
• Design and deliver compelling presentations to communicate strategies, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Develop comprehensive content strategies tailored to digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Create content calendars to support marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
• Develop clear and concise briefs for the Marketing & Communications team to guide content creation, ensuring alignment with overall content and innovation strategies.
• Continuously monitor and analyze online trends, social media activity, and digital behaviors to inform strategy, paying particular attention to Gen Z and other key demographics.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in retail, technology, or a related field, with a focus on retail strategy, digital customer experience, innovation, or content strategy.
• Demonstrated innovation mindset, creativity, and forward-thinking approach to developing unique solutions and strategies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality in all aspects of work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to thrive in a team environment, working effectively with diverse groups.
• Adaptability and comfort navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Strong digital literacy and active engagement with online communities and trends, including social media platforms.

• Proven ability to develop and implement effective content and innovation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Expertise in synthesizing complex data into meaningful insights.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $75.89 to $84.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
